Outdoor LED displays are electronic display devices used in outdoor environments. They achieve high stability and reliability through super grayscale control technology, modular structure, and ultra-large-scale integrated circuit design. They mainly consist of dedicated computer equipment, a display screen, video input ports, and system software. They support real-time synchronous display, multi-format signal input, and 3D animation playback. Applications include sports events, advertising, and smart city scenarios.
This system uses a full-color LED display matrix, supporting high-level grayscale and true-color display. The pixel pitch is a core parameter; a smaller pitch results in a finer image. Currently, displays with a pixel pitch greater than P2.5 are suitable for outdoor use. The brightness must meet the requirements of strong outdoor light environments, and it must have a high refresh rate and contrast ratio to improve display quality. The screen is equipped with industrial-grade integrated circuit chips, has a wide operating temperature range, and incorporates a waterproof, dustproof, and lightning protection structure with IP65/IP66 protection levels. The screen joints are strictly sealed and have a drainage design. To adapt to high outdoor temperatures, an internal axial fan is installed for active cooling. The display medium uses wide-viewing-angle LED tubes, and the outer casing is a silicone square cylinder, which has the characteristics of protecting against direct sunlight and short circuit protection, and has a long service life.
