Primarily used to showcase the nighttime effects of advertising lettering (acrylic, vacuum-formed) and signage, these modules use text or signage as the medium, installed on building rooftops or walls. They provide both daytime visibility and, utilizing LEDs as the light source, create a different effect at night. Combined with an LED lighting application control system, the text or signage can be dynamically controlled via video. In venues with a strong entertainment atmosphere, LED light source modules have become one of the most important choices for businesses to project their image.
Currently, the most common light sources for illuminated signs are LED modules with three, five, or six LEDs, all with a standard input voltage of DC 12V. These require a constant voltage switching power supply with a DC 12V output. Therefore, it is crucial to avoid directly connecting the illuminated signs or LED light source modules to AC 220V if a switching power supply is not installed, as this will burn out the LEDs due to excessive voltage.
